Standard International Delivery goes by Royal Mail International Tracked, priced on your country and the weight of your order, up to 20kg. Checkout shows the exact figure once you enter your address. As a guide:

Carriers normally add their own handling fee and hold the parcel until everything is paid. These charges are set by your customs authority, not by us.
Most Royal Mail parcels arrive within 3 to 5 working days of dispatch. Customs delays of up to two weeks are possible.

- UK: up to 29kg of goods per parcel
- International: Royal Mail up to 20kg per parcel, packaging included; DHL Express above that, or quoted directly
- Heavier UK orders are split into multiple parcels
Customs Restrictions
Some countries restrict cocoa or food products. Customers are responsible for checking local import regulations before ordering.
If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties, refusal, or import restrictions, only the product cost is refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
