Straightforward returns, so you can get back to business.

The Terms

  • 30-day window: return unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
  • Change of mind: if you ordered the wrong item or no longer need it, return shipping is your responsibility.
  • Our error: if we ship an incorrect or damaged product, we cover return freight and issue a replacement or refund immediately.

The Process

  1. Initiate. Email team@cocoafoundry.co.uk with your order number and the items you need to return. Reply within one working day with instructions.
  2. Label. Write your order number clearly on the outside of the return package. Prevents processing delays.
  3. Resolution. Refunds processed within 3–5 working days of receiving returned goods.
